Digital Products Only

All MilletMentor resources are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Once purchased, your files are available for instant access through your account or confirmation email.


Refund Eligibility

Because of the nature of digital content, we generally cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we value our customers and will consider refunds in the following cases:

  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
  • A technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing your files.
  • The product delivered is corrupted or incomplete, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You simply changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product does not meet personal preferences (style, format, etc.).
  • Your device/software does not support the file formats (compatibility details are always provided in product descriptions).

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you bought the wrong product, please contact our team—we may be able to provide a discount code toward the correct one.
